Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Loop and Cut rug. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Must include original packaging and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order rugs.
- Rugs damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Clearance/sale items (unless damaged on arrival).
Exchange or Replacement
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your item is damaged or defective. We’ll offer a free replacement or store credit based on availability.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Discounted Products are Non-Refundable
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
